Can I return my purchase? Items cannot be returned after purchase.
Refunds and partial refunds are only available if the item is significantly different upon arrival as compared to the listing. Essentially significant damage or breakage. Photo proof is required and we reserve the right to refuse refunds. If you select Local Pick-Up, you are ineligible for a damage-based refund. See Shipping Rates and Policy for more details.
What's the difference between Shipping and Local Pick-Up?
We arrange the Shipping for you based on our shipping calculator. Local Pick-Up means you (or someone representing you) comes to get the item from our on-site location. If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, select Local Pick-Up.
Where do you ship?
As a general rule, we only ship domestically (that’s within the USA). If you are an international customer, you will have to arrange your own shipping, and we are not liable for any damages which may occur. You can contact us at info@vintagefindsantiques.com to discuss the process.
How do you know how old something is?
Steve has extensive experience with antique and vintage items. When he cannot identify an item off hand, we do extensive research to determine age and origin.
What quality can I expect from Vintage Finds?
We are firm believers in both quality and transparency. Nearly all of our items function as originally intended, either through preservation, or restoration. Items are labeled according to function and condition, and all damages are noted for the customer to read.
Do you sell reproductions?
Never, and never intentionally. Steve keeps a steady eye on everything he purchases, and does not sell reproductions. While there are some reproductions within the physical store, they are purely decorative, and not for sale. Should this ever change, all reproductions will be appropriately labeled.
What's with all the Volkswagen stuff?
Steve loves Volkswagens! Antiques are not only Steve’s business, they are his passion, and he has a particular passion for Volkswagens. Most of the Volkswagen items are part of Steve’s personal collection, kept in an extensive display area to be viewed and enjoyed.
